Dessert Pizza on the Mini

Made a little Sunday afternoon dessert and spending time in this awesome weather. Personal sized dessert pizza on the Mini, drizzled with honey and expresso dark balsamic.  Added some whipped cream cheese, kiwis, blackberries, raspberries and powdered sugar at the end.

  




Served with some vanilla ice cream and another drizzle of honey and expresso dark balsamic.

Thx guys!  @EggNashville , yup, it's from The Crescent Olive -- a local specialty olive oil and vinegarette store.  The have a dark balsamic vinegarette section with different flavors that pair well with ice cream and desserts.  They give you a bowl of ice cream and let you sample as many as you like.  The espresso dark balsamic was our favorite.  Sounds strange, but it is fantastic.  I think they said it's an Italian type of dessert.  A little goes a long way, so one bottle has lasted us a long time.
