    @NPHuskerFL is right.  Learn controlling temp first.  Love my FB200 and would get one again in a heart beat, but the Egg can be just as easy to control without one.

    If you don't understand temp control without one then you will still struggle with one.

    I would rather light a candle than curse your darkness.
