Cooked last Sunday, but I'm clearing space on the phone so I figured I'd post them. Prime New York strips on the mini with the mini max handling the veggies.

Reverse sear...

The mini has quickly become my favorite egg.

Looks very good. In the picture is looks like the probes interfere with closing the lid ... yes/no? Can't tell if you've got a Woo Ring installed ... how do you pull the stone for a sear?Tbent said:... Prime New York strips on the mini ...

Yeah, turns out there's not much room under that little dome. I didn't even think about room for the probes until I put the steaks on. It was too damn cold to spend time messing around, so I just closed down the top vent and let it go. Temp stayed under 270 for the cook.
No Woo Ring yet. This was with the platesetter, and I just used gloves to pull it for the sear.L, S, MM, Mini
