The onigiri was my best yet; I mixed in sesame seeds and chopped green onions into the rice balls. For the sweet scallions, I simply brushed with some soy while cooking. The chili prawns were just so so, probably won't do those again.

@Hawg Fan the rice balls are a traditional Japanese dish, called Yaki Onigiri. You cook sushi (short grain) rice form into a ball, and then grill until the outside starts to get crispy; the inside stays soft and moist. All kinds of ways to season them, I like to brush lightly with soy sauce about 30 seconds before I take them off. Simone and surprisingly good.LBGE & SBGE. Central Texas.

@JohnnyTarheel the prawns just didn't have.a great flavor, didn't care for the marinade and probably should have cooked hotter/faster. They weren't bad, but wouldn't repeat p, too many other good ways to cook them.LBGE & SBGE. Central Texas.
