Piglet size for XL?

What is the largest size piglet I could smoke on an XL. Buddy has a 30# live weight that we can smoke. Could I split in half?

Skin or no skin for best results?

im getting ready to do the same thing on my large egg,my plan is to measure the grate space and buy a piglet that can lay flat.if you google whole piglet or suckling pig eggheadforum you will find some threads

Whoa! I'm not sure how to explain to others that i want to cook a pig on my smoker after seeing these pics. I obviously want to taste and eat the food but the whole process behind it fascinates me.
