    Had another small harvest today, and decided to do an olive oil for dipping.  Put less Peri Peri and a lot more garlic in this one.  Right side is peanut oil, middle is olive oil, and left are dried peppers.

    I had dinner the other night at a place that had two bottles of vinegar, each with different Thai chiles in them, one was green, the other was red.  Amazing condiment, just sprinkle wherever and it gave it a little punch from the vinegar and the peppers.

    After just 2 days the olive oil has just the right amount of heat and garlic. Delicious dipping toasted bread into it, so we decanted and started the jar up again. Going to try the peanut oil in a wok tomorrow. Really liking that neither of these are spicy sledgehammers, you taste the oil and it seems mild then several seconds later the heat starts.
