Cheekin halves and pieces

took some cheekin out da Briner and rinsed. Did the halves with "rub your chicken" rub and the pieces with Dizzy Pig "raging river". Here we go. Got Oscar keeping his eye on it for me.

Yep. Thank goodness the lid is too heavy for him.

Pieces are done. Left the halves on a bit longer.

Thanks Motown. They were the fancy a** free range organic yardbirds. Real good, but not as good as the last batch. Go figure???
