Turkey and potatoes on BGE

Hi everyone! I'm attempting my first turkey breast tonight. I think I'm going to follow the method described here: http://www.seriouseats.com/2015/11/the-food-lab-step-by-step-guide-smoking-turkey.html
(spatchcocked, indirect w/plate setter legs up, 275-ish, wood chips mixed in with lump bc I don't have any wood chunks).
I have three questions:
(1) 150? I generally trust the folks over at Serious Eats, but 150 makes me nervous.
(2) If I wrap up some baking and sweet potatoes and throw them on with the turkey, how long do y'all think it will take them to cook? I'm a wondering if they'll actually be tender by the time the bird is done.
(3) have any of you ever added baking powder to the rub, as suggested here? I added some to Tsunami Spin and am so curious to see if I like the addition!
Fingers crossed! I've attached a photo of the prepped turkey here.

Never mind about the potatoes! I just found this thread (http://eggheadforum.com/discussion/1134440/whole-baked-potatoes) that answered my question. Stay tuned for "after" photos!

The 150* is taking into account the assumed 10* carryover temp rise after pulling. I have pulled at 150* without any problems.XL BGE, Lg BGE, MiniMax BGE, Mini BGE
