OT - Mini Chorizo and Potato Fritters

Decided to experiment a little tonight. Made some mini eggrolls with wonton wrappers, Mexican chorizo, crumbled baked potato and Mexican cheese. Had some sour cream on the side. It is OT because I fried them on the stovetop. The Mexican chorizo and potato mixture was crazy good. I'm going to experiment more with a dipping sauce next time.

Let's see what order vanilla puts these pix in.
