OT Dried Peri Peri OT

From my own bush.

XXL #82 out of the first 100, XLGE X 2, LBGE (gave this one to daughter 1.0) , MBGE (now in the hands of iloveagoodyoke daughter 2.0) and lots of toys

    I love peri-peri sauce on chicken- can only imagine how much better it would be fresh.

    I haven't tried making sauce, but we toss them into stir fry and bean dishes.  I use sauce from here https://dichickos.com/  .  I do need to try making a sauce.  The plants are self perpetuating, one dies just plant a pepper.

    Lactic acid fermentation is a great start to making a sauce with any peppers.

    Just did another pick, ready to dry.

    Jar holds my current stock of dried peppers.

    These are pretty hot, a single shake of crushed pepper flakes will turn a large pot of beans into spicy beans.
