On holidays this week and SWMBO wanted some Italian sausages made up. 12 lbs of beef and pork.
56 minutes. Mixed. Stuffed. Linked. Packaged. All cleaned up and sanitized.

We like to but them into1/2" slices and cook with peppers and onions. Deglaze with Marsala wine and make a tomato sauce in the pan. Then we put it over pasta with some fresh parm.
The possibilities are endless. -
You sir, are clearly a professional at handling sausage.
