who has a good one for steak and cheese on a griddle, cant find one around here, non are long enough, some too flexy, some too stiff.

I like this one... I has a little flex to it, however it lifts my CI 5QT dutch oven lid with ease.

Lowes has a Blackstone cooking kit. 2 spatulas, 1 scraper and 2 bottles _ for oil and water. this kit works well for me

I bought that kit when I got my Blackstone. Not expensive. But I was not very pleased with it. Bottles are way too small. Spatulas are not very sturdy. All have been upgraded since. I got spatulas/turners from the now defunct Chef's Catalog. Also a HD Weber piece. And much larger water and oil squeaze bottles.

I have several of the dexter brand, high heat. I like them all for different uses.
For steak (i like it for hashbrowns and pancakes as well)

RD carries some of this high heat line, and they are priced very good. The two above are expensive as you are ordering through third party amazon venders. I like the other ones and wanted these to match.
