spatula for the blackstone

who has a good one for steak and cheese on a griddle, cant find one around here, non are long enough, some too flexy, some too stiff. hard to word this properly

I like this one... I has a little flex to it, however it lifts my CI 5QT dutch oven lid with ease.

Just looked at some of the reviews and one guy had a tape on the blade.  It's 8".

There are some nicer ones like Dexter brands that they like too much on Amazon.  I really enjoy this one.

i think the 8 inches would work out well, i have the smaller blackstone

Lowes has a Blackstone cooking kit.  2 spatulas, 1 scraper and 2 bottles _ for oil and water.   this kit works well for me

I bought two at Restaurant Depot. They were dirt cheap and work great.

 I bought that kit when I got my Blackstone. Not expensive. But I was not very pleased with it. Bottles are way too small. Spatulas are not very sturdy. All have been upgraded since. I got spatulas/turners from the now defunct Chef's Catalog. Also a HD Weber piece. And much larger water and oil squeaze bottles.

I have several of the dexter brand, high heat.  I like them all for different uses.

RD carries some of this high heat line, and they are priced very good.  The two above are expensive as you are ordering through third party amazon venders.  I like the other ones and wanted these to match.
