Snake River Farm Prime Rib

Decided to cook a prime rib for Valentines dinner instead of going out.      Smoked it at 225 for around 2 hours on mini mam aka Bandit  until internal temp around 120sh.  Then moved it over to Large aka Smokey and seared for about 2 minutes per side.  Turned out excellent!









1 Large BGE & 1 Mini-Max BGE (Smokey & the Bandit) +  1 custom Challenger cart for their home. Kick Ash Basket & Igrill2, and cast iron inside for finishing reverse sears.
