Boneless yard bird thighs
Could'nt resist the reduced price at the local HT on some boneless thighs... now what to do with them?
Marinaded 4 of the 8 in some Lowry's jerk seasoned sauce.
Shook off the excess and placed in a slice fresh deli ham.
Nice sliver of creame cheese, shallots, and one of my favorite rubs.
Placed on egg raised grate at 260 dome for just about an hour while I watched Pebble Beach ProAm. I did a little chuckie the same time as to take advantage of the cook, but thought I'd share the chicks instead.
They came out awsone and will be on wife's menu tomorrow.

I always take my chuckies to at least 200. Then it's a matter of "butta" when I slide the temp probe in.
I didn't check the thighs just based cook time on what chick quarters usually take.
