OT- Finally giving Sous Vide a try
With the big sale on Amazon, I finally pulled the trigger on an Anova precision cooker.
What cookbooks and/or resources did y'all use to help with the learning curve?

I also recommend the Polyscience Sous Vide Toolbox app to help figure cooking times and temps -
I tripped the trigger at Amazon also - it's supposed to be delivered tomorrow. I also ordered that Sous Vide cookbook by Jason Logsdon as a friend clear across the country highly recommended it to me.
