Chorizo Fatty

Chorizo, cream cheese, pickled jalapenos, and shrimp.  Local butcher makes some top notch chorizo.  Rolled it out between 2 sheets of wax paper. May have went a little over board on the cream cheese, and I think I will go with the jelly roll method next time.  Ended up slicing and serving it on a biscuit.
