Balsamic Roasted Chicken and Veggies

Very easy meal for a weeknight cook.  Chicken thighs,red peppers,asparagus,shrooms and garlic with some balsamic and EVOO.  

On the egg at 425 and sitting on a drip pan 

And plated 


I was happy with the taste and it took less than 1:10 from firing up the egg.

Real nice. You have a great combo of protein and veg to go with the balsamic IMO. Yum!!!

Quick question. Were you using a stone, or just the drip pan? Raised or not? Guess that's two questions....

It was raised with a veggie tray sitting over a pan. No stone but still indirect.
