thanks for the link, i dont have cascavel or pequinos. have the others either store bought or grown and dry smoked. i wish the stores had the variety that they have your way, we have the same as carolinaq for fresh, usually just jalapenos poblanos and habs and im not a big fan of fresh jalapenos in chili for some reason, would rather have those serrano
