SB 50 Chicken and Ribs

Made a rack of baby backs for my brother and spatchcocked a chicken for some sandwiches.  Ribs was a base of yellow mustard and some jerk rub.  Brother was real happy with the result.

Not much on the chicken itself, but I made a south carolina style mustard sauce for the sandwiches.  Chopped and mixed the white and dark meat, and tossed it with the sauce.   Sauced the bottom bun, and topped the chicken with coleslaw and a drizzle of more mustard sauce.
