Amped up with Meat Church Season All + Chipolte; strong cherry and apple smoke: sub out cheddar for pepper jack. Add many chopped jalapeños. Add some more. Portage to friend's house to finish in oven. Consume with Fritos while hoping Peyton doesn't give up a safety on his first drive. Surely that won't happen again, right?  Right??
