I've been working a lot on my breads over the last 2 years and recently I went to some pastry baking classes.

    Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...

    I love BBQ but I find breads and pastries very intriguing. Hopefully after more time to perfect everything, I can share what I learned with you all as you have taught me so much with BBQ.
