15 Hour Butt

First pork butt, started at 8pm at 250* had a couple mishaps along the way with temperature control.  Around 2am, temperature dropped below 200*.  8lb butt ended up taking 15 hours, to get to 200* internal temp.  came out great.  Kept it simple with yellow mustard and Lawrys Season Salt.
