First Pizza Run
Had my first go with pizza a few weeks ago. First attempt with the fire, I got it up to 550* and it died. Was able to salvage and get it back going, and maintained 550* easily. I think the problem was the amount of charcoal. A few video I watched suggested using less charcoal to promote more airflow and higher temp.
Set up was plate setter legs done, some fire bricks and then a 16" stone from Ceramic Grill Store.
Lubed up the wooden peel with some semolina and the pie slid off with ease.
Will definitely be be doing it again, and will start making my own dough.

looks good! Parchment paper works well too for keeping the pizza from sticking
