Looking to cook a petit sirloin roast 3 lbs for the game . Anybody been there done that?

Welcome. Reverse sear is the ticket. Slow roast indirect to about 10-15 degrees of your finish temp. Pull indirect piece and get her hot while the roast rests then sear 90 sec/side. Good luck and post your cook ( with pics)
