Tri Tip Monday (pics)

CAB Tri Tip at Smart & Final for 2.79/lb (score!).  Rubbed with coarse sea salt for 15 min before wiping off salt and throwing it on the egg at 450-500 direct,  flipping often.  Some serranos and roasted garlic with evoo & salt for shizz n giggles.  The fam photobombed one of the pics haha.
