Cooking the same old thing......
(butt, ribs, steaks, burgers, spatch, jerk, burgers, etc.etc.)New Albany, Ohio -

I've bought almost all the accessories I want. Learned how to adjust the bands and the hinges as needed. Found sources for good meat at prices I can manage, 'cept for brisket. The "battle of the bulge" has settled into protracted trencher warefare.
s'pose its just the cleaning and waiting for the fire to come up, particularly when I have a busy schedule. Getting harder to go out when its cold and windy

Hardest part for me, at first, was patience to not chase temps. I do moatly slow cooking @ under 300. The hard part now is staying sober!Large Big Green Egg in a nest. North Shore of Boston.

My only constraint is time...especially winter with it getting dark fast. It really effs up my weekday photo ops
