I made thes for the first time last evening. They were unbelievable and I will definitely make them again. I finished them at 135 degrees after a rest. Sorry about the plated picture, I was in a hurry and didn't take the time for a good photo. I will try and do better next time, and yes, I baked the baguette!

I bought three packs of these a few weeks ago, and our family loves them. I was at Costco on Friday and overheard a couple debating whether to buy these or a pack of strip steaks. I suggested that they could always buy strips but should try these when the opportunity presented itself.
Yours looks great.

The steaks look great but the bread is a knockout! Wish I could make a baguette like thatChicago, IL - Large and Small BGE - Weber Gasser and Kettle

Great looking plated meal! It doesn't get any better than steak, potatoes and fresh bread.
Any road will take you there if you don't know where you're going.

Did you edit the final price? Why?
-
Yes, I blurred out the price when I sent the pic to my brother. We had his wife over for dinner and I didn't want him to think I was hoping for him to contribute.
They were $42 for 6 expensive but well worth the cost!In the bush just East of Cambridge,Ontario -

Im sure you can, it just takes some practice. The most important two parts are correctly forming it and making sure you get plenty of steam in the ovenIn the bush just East of Cambridge,Ontario
