OT- SV vegetable temp and time help

Just starting to play around with my new Anova and want to do broccoli and asparagus with it tmrrw.  I'm seeing 185 for a temp but times are all over the place.  Any first hand experience out there with veggies?   We like them well done i.e.- not al dente.   Thanks guys!
