Looks very good!!! There is a tavern in Frederick, MD that serves a Flat Iron steak wrap that has grilled onions/peppers a bit of shredded lettuce and a horseradish aioli that we have duplicated many times since the first time we had it. The aioli is equal amounts of greek yogurt and mayo plus onion powder, horseradish.

Love FI but can't hardly find them anywhere anymore.... Damn Bobby Flay started cooking them and now everyone grabs them. And the price has gone through the roof for the same reason.
