Need help: Reverse sear lamb chops

Good morning: Need some help. Have some beautiful loin lamb chops--about 1.5-2 inches thick and plan to reverse sear. Any suggestions on technique, temp, and approx timing? Planning to marinate in lemon, garlic, thyme, oregano, olive oil for a few hours before cooking. Thx

They will cook fast, even reverse searing - keep an eye on them.

Agreed, if you like them MR, I'd straight up grill them direct brother. Just my preference. Love lamb and look forward to your cook.buzd504 said:They will cook fast, even reverse searing - keep an eye on them.Sandy Springs & Dawsonville Ga
