Spare Rib Naan Pizza

Did a spare rib cook yesterday with great results. Tonight the wife wanted naan bread pizza. She isn't adventurous when it comes to new things. Her's had marinara, fresh buffalo mozzarella, mushroom and black olives. 

For mine I used some Central BBQs mild bbq sauce. Then chopped up some of the left over ribs, red onion and jalepones. Cover with colby jack cheese and sprinkled some of the central rib rub. Egg rolling at about 475 with plate setter legs up, raised grind, ci grid then pizza stone. Cooked for 5 min. Rotated 180 degrees after 3 min. It was fantastic.
