    Au Poivre is classic and the bomb, served over the finest filet.  Depends on the cut and the quality.  Sauce is good in the right setting.

    My 11 year son is a big fan of A1. Not sure what his deal is, but tonight when he got it out of the fridge for pork chops he asked if I was offended. I said no, I really don't care. He knew it actually bothered me a bit. I think he does it just to bug me.

    He's at that age brother.  Pushing envelopes.  My kids (now early 20's) still ask for A1 when we serve broccoli.  I don't get it but we keep A1 on hand for when they visit =)
