Pizza setup with the woo

Hey everyone I am going to do my first pizza tonight on my BGE and wanted to see if this setup would work. I have read that it's best to have the pizza as high in the dome as possible. So what I did what put the plate setter in as usual legs up then put the woo on that with the grate on top. As you can see in the pictures it resides the pizza stone to about 3 or 4 inches above felt line. Will this work?

That should work nicely.Living the good life smoking and joking

Should work, just make sure the dome closes all the way. I may be wrong, but I think the handles will rub on the inside.
Best of luck, and remember to take pictures!Large BGE - McDonald, PA -
That's how I do it. The tip of your thermometer may touch your pie if you leave it all the way in. I suggest that you remove the retainer clip from the thermometer inside the dome to let you adjust the depth. I removed mine on day 1; it also allows me to rotate it to put my target temp at 12 o'clock.____________________Entrepreneurs are simply those who understand that there is little difference between obstacle and opportunity and are able to turn both to their advantage. •Niccolo Machiavelli
