im trying burnt ends from a pork butt for the second time on the mini max. It was a 6.5# butt I cut in two.
4.5 hours into the cook I'm in the stall. The meat is stuck at 160.

Pulled them at 6:30. Cubed them and put back on at 300 with more rub and sauce.
