Saturday dinner - Chicken Quarters

Haven't had chicken in some time so decided on chicken quarters for the evening. Brined them overnight, rubbed with Smoking Guns sweet heat and cooked at 300 indirect with a couple chunks of Apple wood for about 2 hours. Finished off with a sweet sauce. Very juicy and perfect amount of smoke. Very tasty - thanks for looking!
