Grilled Langousta

Thanks to my son who mates on a sweet sport fish named "Dirty Mines" hooked me up with a care package of spiney tails and huge stone crab claws from The Bahamas. 
Cut them with good kitchen shears up the middle on both sides. EVO and seasoned sea salt from Tortola. 
These sweeties are 10oz very fresh. 



Heated my little Kahuna up to 500 dropped the grill mate on top and settled about 300 dome.



Pulled them off when meat began to go opaque to white. Didn't check temp but probably near 125.


Absolutely fantastic. Cooked perfectly served with garlic butter. Now if only KC makes a better game and beats the damn Pats.
