Vietnamese Lime Chicken Wings

Decided to try these wings tonight.  Vietnamese Lime wings.  Marinade has chicken bouillon powder, oil, Sirachia sauce, shallot purée, honey, rice wine vinegar, lime zest (in place of Kaffir leaves).  400-450 indirect.  Good heat, nice hint of lime.  Garnished with cilantro and chopped peanuts.  Nice change of pace but still prefer Cazzy's Wings.
