@Sea2Ski How are you cooking it tonight? We plan to use the chops for curry and whole shoulder for braising. May also try s.v.canuckland

Sorry just saw this. I went with simple salt, pepper and a bit of thyme. I will be posting it later on or tonight....--------------------------------------------------

WOW! That's an awesome price.
Sprinkle some with kosher salt, cayenne, and cumin. Sear on the egg. Makes a tasty snack!#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX. -

I've cubed them small when I've done it in the past. But I think I did that with only a part of it, not the whole thing.
I've been meaning to try your DO in the oven trick for a while, just haven't got around to it yet.#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX. -
@caliking I cubed the chops for curry, left some meat on the bones and threw them in too. DO with lid in the oven is my go to method, make sure you reduce the water since there'll be very little moisture loss.canuckland
