OT - Venison Meatball Parmesan
My wife always makes numerous batches of these ahead of time and freezes them for nights like tonight where we are looking for a quick dinner. Here is the recipe. She used ground venison instead of beef for these. Can't tell a difference.

Simple but very tasty. We usually add vodka cream sauce and serve it on spaghetti or a hoagie roll.
They're great on the egg too, but tonight I was pressed for time... So they got some CI love on the stovetop.
