Yeah, hear in Missouri we'd deal with that complaining pretty easily.  

But out there, I have to wonder what would happen to you.....there are probably some noxious odor pollutions laws or something (especially if it's in a HOA.)

Do tell, would like to hear more about why you're so nice.  Are there legal ramifications?

Actually you Californians are very lucky. You actually have the best charcoal around. And they can ship it in California or anywhere else. And that would be Jealous Devil lump charcoal. Give it a shot and you wont go back.
