We stay away from the fancy casino restaurants due to their really high prices.  If you like Brazilian steakhouses, our favorite is Via Brasil at 1225 S Fort Apache Rd  in the Summerlin area.  They also serve a Sunday brunch that is supposed to be great.  Great Thai food can be found at Lotus of Siam off E. Sahara.  Not fancy at all but if you like Greek food, we have enjoyed The Great Greek on Warm Springs Rd near Sunset Station.
