I'm planning on giving them a try this week. Any guess as to how long they will take to cook? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Probably about 2 hours before you remove sauce and cook them again (depending on temp). Then another hour so after that.
That's what I seem to remember, and I think I cooked them around 300.
