 Looking for reviews of the Copper Chef 9.5" square ceramic nonstick pan. It has my interest because it is claimed to withstand heat over 800*. No other nonstick can handle that heat that I have seen. Priced at $75 with vented lid,steamer and fry basket included. That seems too cheap to be any good.  It seems versatile but so many things are not worth trying. Anyone using these? Any reports?
