Side Ribs

On sale this week are side ribs so you know whats for dinner. 

I used a four way rub of Cimarron Doc's Sweet Rib Rub,  Smokin Guns Mild rub, Eat Barbeque rub and Texas Original Rub.  I cooked the ribs indirect at 225f.  


I have a couple other dishes cooking as I type, my timing was way of tonight so I'll post as I eat since nobody wants to wait till everything else is done.
