    It looks nice, but the Anova is the same price and also has a circulation pump.  Not to mention it is already available to buy. 

    Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

    Right... I was watching the demo & mentally comparing with the Anova WiFi.

    The Anova's on my list--planning to reward myself for paying down some debts by March--unless something better comes along.

    The Anova is $169 right now on Amazon.  If I recall correctly they had a couple of deals last year where they were even cheaper.   I don't have one because I already have a different sous vide rig using a crock pot and controller but I have been tempted.
