XL BGE Table @nest height (almost flush with table top)

Tried the search and couldn't find what I was looking for... Has anyone constructed a table for the XL BGE that keeps the opening at the same height as the BGE nest? I was thinking about trying to do a keyhole cut in a standard counter-height table (or having the front of the counter follow the curve of the egg and just go straight to the back--like the shape of a "D"). I'm only 5'9" and the nest is a perfect height for me to work with--especially doing pizza. I think having the egg this low would put the opening almost flush with the counter on the front and sides. Keeping the D-shaped counter cut would allow plenty of room for the hinge and the dome to clear when egg is opened fully. Just was hoping someone has skinned this particular cat already...

Clarifying my question... It appears (but I certainly could be wrong) that most tables with an XL BGE have the opening to the egg higher than it is with the XL in the nest. I simply am looking for someone with an XL in a table that sits at the same height as it would on the rolling nest.

Here is a link for the table I made for my XL http://eggheadforum.com/discussion/1178341/new-xl-stainless-steel-table . I have since sold my set up so I can't measure the feltline height. I had it made to be comfortable for me.
What I didn't like about other table was the egg would stick out to high out of the table. So I had the the back of the table cut out so the table would not interfere with the hinge plus it was easy to install the egg too. -
Each table would be a little different in height to match user. Most are 36" which is normal counter height. If you are vertically challenged, that may be too high but the 6'5" user is going to be bending over.
