Beef arm roast

We bought a cow last summer and I have a beef arm roast that I thawed for today.  I've searched for recipes but nothing on the egg.  Anyone have a suggestion for this cut of meat?  I understand it is tough and lean so I'm assuming low and slow.  What about smoke/rub maybe just S&P?  I've never cooked one so I'm totally open to suggestions.
