There's a cook from the old forum that was done in the morning at eggfests might be by spring chicken or his lovely
some parcooked bacon (i think parcooked) made into a loose bowl or nest in each cup. Crack an egg into it, cracked pepped, and then whatever else (onions, peppers, cheese, sausage etc etc) and then indirect roasting until done[social media disclaimer: irony and sarcasm may be used in some or all of user's posts; emoticon usage is intended to indicate moderately jocular social interaction; the comments toward users, their usernames, and the real people (living or dead) that they refer to are not intended to be adversarial in nature; those replying to this user are entering into a tacit agreement that they are real-life or social-media acquaintances and/or have agreed to or tacitly agreed to perpetrate occasional good-natured ribbing between and among themselves and others] -

These look incredible. I think the cast iron muffin pan would be perfect for these especially on the egg with a little smoke.Hawg Fan said:Muffin pan potatoes gratin from Necessary Indulgents' site. I make these with spiralized potatoes in the same CI pan.
http://necessaryindulgences.com/2014/06/muffin-pan-potato-gratins/Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -
see this thread.
qBabe mentions it, and scroll down to wessB's photo. (both former forum regulars)
