First pulled pork by newbie

Hello All,
I am a newbie that has been lurking in the shadows of the forum and gaining a lot of knowledge.  I have tried a number of cooks on the BGE including chicken, chicken wings, lamb chops, steak, pork loin to get a feel of cooking on the egg.  I finally worked up to doing a pork shoulder butt roast to do pulled pork.  It was a 9.5 pounder and I applied Down and Dizzy rub.  Egg was at 250 deg and I pulled the pork at 195 deg.  Cooked overnight starting at 630pm and pulled it off at 830 am.  BTW, it was 3 degrees here this morning.  Wrapped in foil, towel and placed in cooler for an hour.  When removed from cooler, temp had dropped to 186 deg.  Pulled and sampled....awesome delicious for first one!!
