Hi, all.

Came across this short youtube vid.

Its about a butcher shop I've been going to for about 35 years. A great place in a small town, Three Oaks, MI. I started shopping there when the lady's father was still working. Not only was he a complete hoot, but 1 sample of his "liverbest" had me hooked.

Just now, they're closed for the season, as they've done for years. If any of you are ever passing thru what they're now calling "Harbor Country" in south west MI from March till Dec., stop by for some great sausage.
